Psychology and maybe some Company or Company with a small in Psych. Some educational institutions provide Human Source Management degrees. Take courses that will help you like Organizational Habits, Business Regulation, and many others. See if there is a Culture of Human Useful resource Management (SHRM) affiliation at your school. You can also get certified with SHRM. I deemed doing HRM, but chose Business, Finance and Accounting.
