I am in my early 20s with a BS in Psych and CJ. I want to operate in the Human Resources discipline. How does 1 get commenced in this subject? Positions are scarce these times, but the only positions I have located are the director/asst director or generalist. The place does one commence? I prefer to operate for the govt as I work at the point out stage now. Not the greatest paying work, but the rewards are pretty very good.
